Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. During busier periods such as holidays, sales events, or extreme weather, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days.
This is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on the delivery location and courier performance.
Tracked Delivery
All orders are shipped using a tracked service.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow its progress.
Packaging and Sustainability
We package our orders securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Where possible, we use recyclable or reused materials in line with our commitment to sustainability and waste reduction.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Risk and Ownership
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the delivery provider, ownership and risk pass to the customer. Ivy Dene Rabbit Retail is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, or if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at ivydenerabbitrescue@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details or photographs where applicable.
Customers must inspect their order upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve them promptly.
